Membership Agreement

1. DEFINITIONS

The term "Seller" refers to the Aggressivo company, which is a party to this membership agreement. The term "Member" refers to the commercial or individual person benefiting from the membership services of Aggressivo.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This agreement is prepared to enable the Member to benefit from certain services by becoming a member of the Aggressivo website.

3. MEMBERSHIP RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1. The Member agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information to become a member of the Aggressivo website.

3.2. The Member agrees not to use the Aggressivo website for illegal purposes, not to violate the rights of third parties, and not to tarnish the reputation of Aggressivo.

3.3. The Member agrees to keep secure the username and password used to log in to the Aggressivo website and not to share it with third parties.

4. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Aggressivo may provide the following opportunities to the Member within the scope of membership services:

4.1. Opportunity to purchase products, 4.2. Opportunity to benefit from special discounts and promotions, 4.3. Opportunity to be informed about new products.

5. CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP

The Member has the right to cancel the membership without giving any reason. Membership cancellation requires written notification to Aggressivo.

6. AMENDMENT OF THE AGREEMENT

Aggressivo reserves the right to make changes to this agreement. Changes will be effective after being published on the Aggressivo website.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Turkish Republic laws shall apply in the resolution of disputes arising from this agreement. The parties authorize the Istanbul Courts to resolve any possible disputes.

8. APPROVAL

The Member declares that by becoming a member of the Aggressivo website, they accept the terms of this agreement.
