2. RETURN PERIOD

Customers may return products purchased from Aggressivo within 15 days from the date of delivery. Return requests made more than 15 days after the delivery date will not be accepted.

• Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging intact.
• Returns will be accepted for products that are not due to user error or defects.

5. SHIPPING COST

The shipping cost for returned products will be borne by the buyer. Aggressivo will not cover the shipping cost for returned products. Customers should send the products they wish to return using their preferred shipping carrier.

6. RETURN APPROVAL AND REFUND

Returned products will be inspected for compliance with the conditions. Approved returns will be refunded within 10 business days after the return process has been initiated, using the original payment method.
