Privacy Agreement

1. DEFINITIONS

The term "Parties" refers to the Seller and the Buyer specified in this Privacy Agreement. The term "Seller" referred to as Aggressivo, represents the commercial company or individual party participating in this Privacy Agreement. The term "Buyer" refers to the commercial company or individual party participating in this Privacy Agreement with the Seller. The term "Confidential Information" refers to any commercial, financial, technical, or other information disclosed or accessed through this Agreement.

2. SCOPE

This Privacy Agreement determines the rights and obligations of the Parties for the protection of shared or disclosed Confidential Information.

3. PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Both parties agree not to disclose, reveal, or use the Confidential Information of the other party. Both parties agree to use the Confidential Information of the other party only for the purpose of this Agreement.

4. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Confidential Information shall not be disclosed without the written consent of the other party, except in the following circumstances:

a) Disclosure of Confidential Information is required by legal obligation, b) Disclosure of Confidential Information is permitted to the public, c) Confidential Information is independently developed or acquired by us.

5. TERMINATION

This Privacy Agreement shall remain valid unless terminated in writing by any party. However, either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party.

6. APPLICATION

This Privacy Agreement shall be considered as part of all agreements made between the Parties and shall be applied in addition to such agreements.

7. EFFECTIVENESS

This Privacy Agreement shall enter into force on the date of signing and shall apply to the Parties' cooperation activities before this date.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from this Privacy Agreement shall be attempted to be resolved amicably between the parties. However, if this is not possible, the dispute shall be resolved by the relevant judicial authorities.

9. PARTIES' APPROVAL

This Privacy Agreement is mutually accepted by the parties, and both parties understand and agree to the terms of this agreement.
